Things People Often Ask
What happens during the first session?
We spend the time listening — to how your business runs, where it feels strong, and where things feel less settled. There is no standard checklist. At the end, we share what we noticed and follow up with a written summary. You decide what, if anything, to act on.
Do I need to prepare anything before we meet?
No formal preparation is needed. If there are documents or figures you find useful to reference, you are welcome to bring them. But the conversation itself is the main material — your knowledge of your own business is what matters most.
How long does each arrangement take?
The Honest Review is a single session. The Simplification Review covers two meetings across five weeks. The Steady Foundation Companion runs for twelve months with monthly meetings. Each has a defined scope so you know what to expect from the start.
Is the Steady Foundation Companion a binding contract?
It is a twelve-month arrangement, and we discuss the terms clearly before you agree to anything. We find that owners who commit to a full year get more from the process, but we always explain what the arrangement involves before it begins.
What size of business do you work with?
We work with small business owners — typically sole proprietors and small teams in Malaysia. Our approach is designed for people running their own operations, not large corporate structures.
Will you tell me what decisions to make?
No. We share what we observe, offer ideas where they seem useful, and leave the decisions with you. You know your business better than we do. Our role is to help you think more clearly, not to substitute our judgement for yours.
Are sessions conducted in person or online?
We are based in Alor Setar, Kedah and offer in-person meetings there. Online sessions are also available for owners outside the Kedah area. Get in touch and we can discuss what works best for you.
