Whatever arrangement you choose, the underlying method stays the same. We listen carefully, observe without rushing to conclusions, and share what we find in plain language. The written summary that follows each session is a core part of every service — not an optional add-on.
We do not arrive with a fixed framework or checklist. Each business is different and deserves direct attention rather than a template. What we carry into each engagement is a practised way of looking at businesses — developed over many years working with small operators in Malaysia.
The three service tiers below represent different depths of engagement. Owners who want a single clear-eyed look start with the Honest Review. Those who sense their operations have become complicated find the Simplification Review useful. Those who want steady, long-term grounding over a full year choose the Companion arrangement.

Honest Review
RM 340 · One session
A calm, candid session to look plainly at how your business stands. We name both the strengths and the parts quietly needing care, then share a short written summary. The choices about what to do with what we find remain entirely with you.
This arrangement suits owners who want a straightforward picture of their business — whether they are at an early stage, have been running for years without an outside perspective, or simply want to check that their instincts about their operation are grounded.
What is included:
- One advisory session (typically 90 minutes)
- Written recap note delivered within 3 business days
- Candid observation of strengths and areas of concern
- No hidden charges or follow-up billing
How it works:
You reach out and we arrange a meeting — in person in Alor Setar or online.
We spend the session listening to and observing your business without an agenda.
Within three business days, we send a short written summary of what was observed.
You read it, keep it, and decide what — if anything — to do next.

Simplification Review
RM 815 · Two sessions across five weeks
A considerate look at where your business may have grown cluttered — with gentle ideas for paring back to what matters. Many small businesses accumulate layers over time: processes, obligations, product lines, or commitments that once made sense but now add friction without adding value.
This arrangement involves two sessions spread across five weeks. The gap is deliberate — it gives you time to reflect on the first session before the second, and gives us time to think carefully about what we have observed. Suggestions are framed as options to weigh, not instructions to follow.
What is included:
- Two sessions across five weeks
- Written summary after each session
- Identification of complexity worth examining
- Gentle options for simplification, framed as choices
How it works:
First session: we listen and observe, looking for where complexity may have gathered.
Written summary sent within three business days. You have time to read and reflect.
Second session (around three to four weeks later): we discuss observations and present simplification options.
Final summary delivered. You decide which, if any, ideas to take forward.

Steady Foundation Companion
RM 1,540 · Twelve-month arrangement
A twelve-month arrangement for owners who value calm, grounded guidance over time. Business conditions shift — and the benefit of having someone who knows your business well, who revisits your fundamentals regularly and marks quiet progress, is different from a one-off consultation.
This arrangement includes monthly meetings, quarterly summary documents, and the ability to reach us briefly between sessions for questions or observations. It is designed for small business owners who are building on solid ground and want steady support as they do so.
What is included:
- Twelve monthly meetings (in-person or online)
- Written notes after each monthly session
- Quarterly summary documents tracking progress and priorities
- Brief between-session contact for questions
- Annual review at the end of the twelve months
How it works:
We begin with an initial session to understand your business thoroughly before the monthly cadence starts.
Monthly meetings keep us current with what is happening and what is on your mind.
Every quarter, a summary document captures what has shifted and what deserves continued attention.
At twelve months, a final review reflects on the year and considers what a second year might usefully address.
